Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Night Manager to oversee the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining property security.
Responsibilities- Conduct financial audits and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and reports for finance and management teams
- Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out, request handling, and information provision
- Manage guest accounts, ensuring efficient cashiering processes
- Maintain high standards of security and confidentiality
- Develop a professional work environment
- Show analytical skills and attention to detail
- Collaborate with Operations Manager and General Manager on various procedures
- Support Food & Beverage duties as required
- A customer-focused approach with adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Ability to navigate change and find creative solutions
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Opera preferred
- Valid RSA and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
