About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Production and Resource Coordinator to join our team at the University of Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating media production and resource allocation to support the efficient execution of teaching and learning activities in the establishment of the new Adelaide University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production scheduling and resource allocation
  • Supervision and coordination of media production teams
  • Workflow management and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaboration with academic staff and media teams to project manage media resource development timelines
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team, ensuring their output is efficient, on-time and accurate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience in project management, ideally in creative media, including developing production schedules, managing studio bookings, and resource allocation using project management tools
  • Familiarity with media production equipment, software and processes, including an understanding of logistics coordination for film production, equipment management, venue booking, transport coordination, and handling talent release forms and contracts
