Job Overview

The Performance Group Director - Campaign Delivery is a senior consultant that oversees and coordinates the delivery across a team of biddable media planning and campaign management experts. You will lead performance driven thought leadership, drive key client and agency contact, oversee the development of biddable media plans and brief responses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a high functioning team of performance planners within biddable media
  • Drive a culture that builds relationships on trust between Essence Mediacom and Nexus
  • Run the planning operations for paid search, in-platform ecommerce, paid social and programmatic
  • Serve as key point of contact on brief delivery responses and reporting requirements with Essence Mediacom
Key Relationships
  • Collaborate closely with activation teams
  • Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client, strategic and marketplace teams
  • Establish strong relationships with relevant media, data, and technology partners
What You Should Spend Your Time Doing
  • People (40%): Lead a team of high functioning performance planners within biddable media, drive a culture that builds relationships on trust between Essence Mediacom and Nexus, and serve as a key point of contact on brief delivery responses and reporting requirements
  • Process & Operations (30%): Run the planning operations for paid search, in-platform ecommerce, paid social and programmatic, serve as a key point of contact on brief delivery responses and reporting requirements, and oversee end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
  • Client (15%): Provide strategic elevation and experience to the performance product, develop and oversee the deployment of a vision and roadmap for encompassing digital operations, and identify new product opportunities that will enhance clients' digital footprint
  • Commercial (15%): Be responsible across all campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements, responsible for the overall delivery of client investment, and maintain and comply with finance processes ensuring accuracy on a monthly basis
Salary Estimate

Australia: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year

United Kingdom: £80,000 - £120,000 per year

United States: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
