The purpose of this position is to develop and lead test strategies and plans for various projects based on project requirements.

As a Technical Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading test execution and defect management, as well as implementing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies and plans for various projects
  • Lead test execution and defect management
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 6-10 years of experience with Information Technology
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline

Desired Skills:

  • Strong experience in UI, API Automation using Selenium (JAVA), Rest Assured and Postman
  • Strong experience in Mobile applications Automation using Appium, Headspin, Selenium (JAVA)
  • Good understanding and experience in creating robust automation framework
  • Experience in API automation testing
  • Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity and Playwright-BDD

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to efficiently lead a team of automation testers
  • Strong communication skills and good at stakeholder management

This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of automation testers and ensure the successful delivery of test strategies and plans.
