Product Leadership Opportunity in APAC Mortgages

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategy and delivery of a regional mortgage solution that sets a new global benchmark.

This is a leadership role that goes beyond setting goals - it's an opportunity to create lasting impact in an industry ready for transformation.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with product, technology, and customers to shape the future of lending across APAC using data, design thinking, and deep market insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a 18 to 24 month roadmap with ACV targets that aligns with corporate objectives
  • Drive the creation of vision and strategy to achieve success
  • Ensure solutions on the roadmap tie back to corporate objectives
  • Work with sales and success leadership to ensure revenue and adoption forecasting has taken place to justify investments
  • Initiate new or revised programs and operating policies for multiple teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience or combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of small business banking and consumer space including processes and regulations
  • Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver products in agile environment
  • Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
