Job Title: Travel Experience Coordinator

  • Coordinated travel arrangements for clients, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences.
  • Collaborated with global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions.
  • Provided high-level customer service and handled all delegated tasks within given timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client bookings for air, hotel, rail, ground, and ancillary reservations.
  • Process administrative tasks related to enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of fares, negotiated contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • AA/AS or BS/BA degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Travel Assistant or equivalent travel agency experience (2-3 years preferred).
