Job Title: Front Of House Supervisor

About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front-of-House Supervisor to assist our FOH Manager with day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will contribute to our tradition of excellence in providing an unparalleled experience for our customers.

  • Manage front-of-house operations, guiding servers and baristas.
  • Participate in training and development of team, upholding high service standards.
  • Sustain superior customer service culture, aiming to surpass guest expectations.
  • C coordinate between FOH and BOH staff for efficient service.
  • Address customer questions, feedback and concerns with effective solutions.
  • Maintain dining area's cleanliness and visual appeal.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply orders.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure pleasant and safe dining experience.
  • Work with management team on strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Perform administrative duties, including staff scheduling and reporting, as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supervisory role within hospitality sector is desirable.
  • Leadership prowess with talent for nurturing and guiding diverse team.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Track record of successfully handling customer service situations.
  • Keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining pristine environment.
  • Resilience in fast-paced setting and flexibility to meet demands of role.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability for varied shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
