Job Description:

The role involves leading DER workstream design, development and launch activities for residential DER and flexibility space (EVs, batteries, solar, home energy management), working closely with the Delivery Team and Product Leads in the UK to design solutions that meet local client needs and align with product direction.

Key responsibilities include being the 'in the room' presence to lead conversations around product direction and decision making, ensuring stakeholders and internal teams remain on track and removing any friction around what should be delivered and how.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in working with energy retailers, knowledge of the Australian energy market, and the ability to clearly communicate complex problems and articulate client needs to Product and Tech teams.
