Support Professional Role

We prioritize ongoing learning and development for Support Professionals, enabling them to deliver high-quality services.

  • Support clients with daily living tasks such as household chores and grocery shopping.
  • Assist with medication management and accompany clients to medical appointments.
  • Engage in activities promoting social inclusion and community access, such as holidays, fishing, camping, and beach activities.
  • Develop independent living skills and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Provide personal care and support with daily needs.

Our SCSS programs operate 24/7, including shift work (sleepovers, weekends, and awake shifts).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To commence employment, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Blue Card for Working with Children or be eligible to apply.
  • Currently hold or be eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Hold a driver's licence and own a vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Complete NDIS E-Learning modules.
  • Have a smartphone with internet access.
