Clear Grain Exchange is an independent online exchange enabling buyers, sellers and their agents to bid or offer grain in an open and transparent market with secure settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers, as well as service existing ones for Clear Grain Exchange.
  • Understand and clearly communicate the benefits of using our platform, demonstrating empathy, active listening and persuasive skills.
  • Assist the operations team to ensure the efficient functioning of Clear Grain Exchange.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Initiative, proactivity and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Professionalism, autonomy and effective communication under pressure are crucial.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service standards and verbal/written communication skills are must-haves.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Google Docs is desired.

Benefits:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for agriculture and commerce, with a desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable but not essential.

Previous experience in agriculture, particularly in the Australian grain supply chain, is highly favourable.

Remuneration Details:

Minimum annual salary: 60000

Maximum annual salary: 80000
