Key Account Manager

The primary objective of this role is to increase revenue and grain & oilseeds origination within the assigned territory. This involves building long-term relationships with growers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to meet volume targets;
  • Identifying and developing business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building with customers;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.

Requirements for success in this position include:

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the agricultural industry;
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Self-motivation and adaptability, with a focus on achieving set targets.

Travel may be required within Victoria and interstate.

Job Requirements:

Experience of sales/marketing in the grain or wider agricultural industry

Proven experience of building and maintaining long term customer relationships

Experience of account management and sales experience

Experience of negotiation and ability to influence decision making

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

Ability to travel within Victoria and interstate.

Police and drivers licence check will be required for this role.
