**The Company**
Our client is an independent grain brokerage business with extensive networks across both East and West Coast of Australia, providing trusted advice to growers to assist them to maximise farmgate returns. Our client's brokers work to develop a personalised grain marketing strategy for each grower, providing in-depth market knowledge and industry trend insights.

**The Position**
Joining an existing team in Melbourne, and capitalising on recent enhancements to increase its national capacity and client reach, they have an opportunity for a Junior Broker to join their Hawthorn based team. Working closely with their Senior Broker, you will initially assist with broader grain pricing and daily/weekly marketing reports as you quickly learn the broader administrative and internal business skills required in the role, before being supported into broader grower facing duties.

This role will provide the opportunity to be exposed to a pool of established and new growers, and through your development in the business you will eventually take on and develop your own network of growers whilst being mentored on business development and sales techniques.

**The Person**

You will be extremely driven and focused on achieving results, whilst being a strong team person. You will be able to lead from the front and be willing and capable of communicating effectively at all levels within the industry.
