Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team as Disability Support Workers in Tamworth, NSW. Our DSWs provide high-quality 24/7 care in supported independent living settings.

You will deliver direct support across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance, assisting customers to access community resources, and promoting positive connections with the community.

  • Provide care and support in SIL/Group Homes environments
  • Assist customers with daily tasks and activities
  • Support customers to access community resources and services

This role requires availability during peak periods, including holidays and public events.

Essential Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to work shift schedules, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays with flexible availability
  • Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Proficiency in computer software and programs
  • Australian Driver's Licence
