This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Service Management professional to lead the design and implementation of continual improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in our ANZ Region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to customers through the development and improvement of service management processes.
A key focus of this role will be to provide expert guidance on good service management practices, including training and coaching, to ensure that our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Additionally, the Service Custodian will be responsible for custodianship of our service management system and acting as a single point of contact for the global Service Now team.
About This Opportunity:Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement service management processes to optimise service delivery
- Provide expert guidance on good service management practices through training and coaching

- Senior-level ITSM experience
- Experience with enterprise service, process, or functional capability development
