Due to a significant project win, we are currently seeking a Rail Safety Advisor to join their QLD business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a diploma in safety or equivalent. They should also have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within Health and Safety teams.

Job Description
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the successful communication and implementation of the project's HSE systems.
  • Ensure project teams are adequately trained to perform their HSE responsibilities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to ensure total compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements.
  • Support the business in preparing toolbox and HSE pre-start content.
  • Implement and communicate improvements and strategies in response to changes impacting HSE activities.
  • Maintain and assist in the ongoing development of the project's systems.
