Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operational Specialist to bridge the gap between customer requirements and solution delivery by understanding operational challenges, interpreting customer and regulatory needs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful, business-aligned solutions.

This role involves engaging with meat processors, exporters, and supply chain stakeholders to collect and validate business needs across livestock procurement, processing, compliance, reporting, and customer markets (domestic and export). The ideal candidate will have a proven background in business analysis, process mapping, or solution consulting, with in-depth knowledge of red meat regulatory frameworks (e.g., NLIS, EID, LPA, export requirements).

  • This role is crucial in bridging the gap between customer requirements and solution delivery by understanding operational challenges, interpreting customer and regulatory needs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful, business-aligned solutions.
  • Engage with meat processors, exporters, and supply chain stakeholders to collect and validate business needs across livestock procurement, processing, compliance, reporting, and customer markets (domestic and export).
Skillset Required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in red meat processing and livestock supply chain operations.
  • Proven background in business analysis, process mapping, or solution consulting.
  • In-depth understanding of red meat regulatory frameworks (e.g., NLIS, EID, LPA, export requirements).
  • Strong ability to translate operational challenges into actionable requirements.
  • Experience with ERP, MES, or industry-specific systems.
