As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be an integral member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain menu and beverage options to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Assist with dietary requirements and upsell where possible.

• Run food and drinks to your section, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:

• Hold a current NSW RSA certificate.

• Be an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer-term employment or hold a valid Working Holiday Visa with a minimum 4-6 month commitment to the resort.

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment is highly regarded.

• Availability to work a variety of hours and days, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

• Possess strong grooming, presentation, and communication skills.

• Demonstrate confidence in conversing with guests and clients.

• Display pride in your work and maintain a high work ethic and punctuality.
