About the Role:

- Serve as a spokesperson for Cotality, engaging with media outlets and providing expert commentary on key market events.
- Deliver compelling keynote presentations and tailored briefings to industry bodies, clients, and consumers, enhancing brand awareness and positioning Cotality as a thought leader in property analysis.
- Maintain data quality and integrity, collaborating with analytics, data, and product teams to ensure research outputs meet high standards.
- Identify revenue opportunities through public speaking, report syndication, and consulting activities.
- Support clients with tailored market insights and contribute to cross-functional projects, including marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
Key Requirements:
- Experience as a research leader or senior economist with a strong track record in property market analysis or related fields.
