Senior DevOps Engineer - Infrastructure Modernization

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the modernization of our Telco OSS/EMS software landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration. They should be proficient in Python, Java, and C#, with hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive comprehensive software lifecycle upgrade projects, encompassing analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Refactor existing customized source codes written in Python, Java, and C# into new, optimized OS baselines, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop, integrate, and customize software solutions for Cisco and Ericsson EMS platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to vendor standards.

Requirements:

  • Core Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, and C# for large-scale development and system integration.
  • DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible) and version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • EMS Platform Experience: Direct experience with Cisco and Ericsson EMS.

Preferred Technical Familiarity:

  • Ericsson Network Manager (ENM)
  • Ericsson Dynamic Activation (EDA)
  • Cisco Crosswork Network Controller (CNC)
  • AXIROX ACS - AXESS & AXTRACK

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across development, operations, and vendor teams.
