We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide medical and personal care services in a home care setting.
As a key member of our nursing team, you will thrive on delivering exceptional patient care to vulnerable individuals in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver clinical and personal care duties with a holistic approach to meet patients' diverse needs.
- Utilize your clinical judgement and creativity to develop tailored care plans that address clients' assessed requirements.
- Maintain vigilance over chronic and palliative conditions, assess wounds, and perform dressings as per the care plan.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care.
- Foster a high level of holistic care encompassing social, emotional, and spiritual support.
- Hold unrestricted AHPRA Registration with a minimum 2 years' experience practicing as an EN.
- Prior experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care is highly desirable, along with excellent customer service skills.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification are mandatory.
- You must be eligible to work in Australia and possess a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and access to a car.
- A National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one is required.
- You will need to complete a Pre-Employment Medical prior to commencing employment.
