Job Description

The role of a Registered Nurse encompasses delivering high-quality care to residents in our aged care facilities. It involves providing compassionate and individualized support, fostering a person-centred approach that recognizes and promotes each resident's unique goals and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and oversee the provision of exceptional care to residents
  • Collaborate within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
  • Offer clinical guidance to ensure effective and safe clinical care delivered to our residents
  • Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
  • Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience as a practicing clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting. Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions is also required.
