Job Opportunity for Midwives

Our organization is seeking experienced and passionate midwives to join our birth centre team.

About the Role
  • As a midwife, you will provide evidence-based patient care as an autonomous practitioner.
  • You will work closely with a caseload roster across various stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal care.
  • Our facility is located in a local community setting with upgraded facilities for women accessing our services.

The successful candidate will have current Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority registration as a Registered Midwife with Endorsement to prescribe medications required for midwifery practice.

Selection Criteria
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife with Endorsement.
  • Experience working in a similar role or relevant healthcare experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
