We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a casual position working with a female participant who requires support to achieve their individual goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, and community access.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clients maintain choice and control of their goals and follow individual support plans
  • Maintain accurate records of duties undertaken
  • Work flexible hours including Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy principles at all times
  • Have a proactive and positive approach in supporting clients
  • Abide by relevant organisational policies and codes of conduct

Requirements:

  • A current driver's licence
  • A roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Valid NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Certificate or experience supporting people with a disability is highly regarded

Benefits:

  • $30 - $35 per hour
  • 15 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling
