Job Title: Pac Specialist

Key Account Business Development Opportunity

You will report to a State Business manager and be responsible for expanding existing key account business within the coatings space.

Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with influential professionals, including Architects, Builders, Designers, and professional painters, to turn leads into sustainable and profitable business. You will prospect new business following state strategy as part of your position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand existing key accounts
  • Prospect new business opportunities following established state strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing key customer relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
