Landscape Architecture Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced senior professional to lead our landscape architecture team in delivering innovative and site-sensitive design solutions for major transport infrastructure, precinct revitalisation, and public open space projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the landscape design process for major infrastructure and development projects, ensuring that landscape and sustainability considerations are integrated into the design process.
  • Develop design excellence across the landscape architecture portfolio.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the landscape business as project lead.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, mentoring senior and junior staff, and building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

About This Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design, with at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles on large-scale projects. They will also need to demonstrate success in team leadership, project delivery, and client relationship management, as well as strong report writing skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design.
  • At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles on large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of Australian planning policy and legislation.
  • Experience in GIS, AutoCAD, and REVIT (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
