As a Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team and ensuring the successful operation of a collision repair centre. With multiple locations across Australia and New Zealand, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.
The OpportunityThis is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of a dynamic organisation.
You will report to the State Operations Manager and take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team while having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
Key Responsibilities- Production Workshop Management: oversee production management to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
- Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and reports.
- Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidents/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
