We're looking for a passionate and organised 2IC (Assistant Centre Director) to work alongside our Centre Director and lead our dedicated team in delivering high-quality early learning for up to 80 children.

You'll enjoy a role where no two days are the same – supporting operations, mentoring educators, building strong family relationships, and ensuring our service is a place where children thrive, educators feel supported, and families feel welcomed.

Your Impact as 2IC

Assist with daily centre operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations

Lead and inspire educators to create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the local community

Support rostering, enrolments, compliance, and administrative tasks

Confidently step into the Centre Director's role when required

What You'll Bring

Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care, approved by ACECQA

Previous leadership or 2IC experience in early childhood education

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
