We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Professional to join our team. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for championing our vision and values.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with senior colleagues to support team members and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Action and remediate assigned incidents
  • Work on audit and remediation projects
  • Meet performance metrics set by technical leaders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3+ years in a customer service capacity and 2+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity. You should have a solid understanding of current key business technologies and concepts, as well as strong technical security knowledge.

Desirable skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge/experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Security Centre, Azure, and/or AWS, with relevant security best practices on these platforms.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing and maintaining SIEM tools such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel, and vulnerability management tools like Tenable and Nessus.

A strong understanding of current key business technologies and concepts is essential, demonstrated through previous customer or referee references. Windows support and troubleshooting experience – Windows 7-11, networking fundamentals knowledge; CCNA or equivalent preferred, and Windows Server management (2008 to 2022) are highly desirable.
