Product Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager to join our team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in turning customer and stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with roadmap goals and clarity in user stories and estimates.
  • Engage with users and stakeholders to uncover needs and convert them into valuable, testable user stories.
  • Design and execute test plans for APIs and UIs, ensuring defects are tracked and resolved to maintain high product quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create and iterate on wireframes and mock-ups that enhance user experience.
  • Manage internal product communications, maintain idea boards, and promote product capabilities through ongoing stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, secure, and values-driven culture by role modeling company values and sharing knowledge across teams.
Qualifications:
  • +1 years as a product owner, business analyst or similar role in an agile team.
  • Demonstrated experience in testing work from a software development team.
  • Demonstrated experience in backlog grooming, user story writing and acceptance-criteria definition.
  • Demonstrated experience with Jira and other Atlassian tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
