Business Leadership Professional

This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster an inclusive and respectful work environment. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading store teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales.
Leadership Expectations- Create a positive team culture that values diversity and promotes engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to build a strong and diverse team with varied experiences, backgrounds and skillsets.
- Develop and mentor team members through direct feedback, coaching and career guidance.
- Lead by example and coach team members to provide outstanding guest service.
- Assess guest needs, provide product education and support in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
- Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement the Store Manager's vision and cascade to team members.
- Partner with the Store Manager to manage labor hours and expenses.
- Provide salesfloor leadership and plan salesfloor coverage to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be accountable for delegated aspects of controllable budget or labor hours.
