Senior Commercial Specialist

This critical role supports operational activities across a key contract, working closely with business partners to identify efficiencies and drive commercial value.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate deep sector knowledge of the client's market
- Lead decision-making criteria for contracts in consultation with senior management
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, adding value throughout the contract lifecycle
- Maintain confidentiality and upholding professional integrity
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support negotiation processes alongside operational leads
- Collaborate with internal, external, and client stakeholders to deliver 'best in class' solutions focused on innovation
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience
- Proven leadership and commercial acumen
- Experience in complex sales
- Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Business
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in commercial models and risk management
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
- Results-driven with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
