Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Holding senior WHS roles in mining, construction, emergency services, and WHS.
  • Maintaining a current driver's license.
  • Ensuring current Cert IV in Training & Assessing (TAE) minimum.
  • Possessing current Standard 11 Mining Induction Surface & Underground, S123, G2 / G3 & G7, Cert IV & Dip WHS.
  • Retaining current White Card, Work at Heights, Confined Spaces, Vertical Heights, and Confined Spaces Rescue, Fire Fighting, Light Vehicle & 4WD.
  • Demonstrating exceptional trainer skills with a passion for training and outstanding references from students and clients.
  • Exhibiting a detailed working knowledge of AQTF and the VET system.
  • Displaying sound understanding of national competencies and assessment instruments.
  • Proven experience in developing learning and assessment resources.
  • Excellent paperwork and compliance management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years' work experience in either mining/construction/WH&S/education.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts away from home and FIFO/DIDO rosters when training contracts require, including weekend work.
