Job Opportunity: Procurement Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Procurement/Services Consultant to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and transactional support to staff and students.
  • Utilize knowledge base articles and reference materials to resolve transactions effectively.
  • Raise tickets for unresolved enquiries and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Proactively identify and participate in continual improvement initiatives within the Procurement Operations team.
  • Interpret Finance & Procurement policies and guidelines to provide accurate advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the institution to ensure effective service delivery and foster a culture of collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information empathetically to individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, work independently, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using online systems, including UniBuy and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with incident logging systems like ServiceNow is advantageous.
