Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead and support our nursing teams across multiple sites in New South Wales. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure safe, high-quality urgent care services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and implement new nursing services and initiatives, driving healthcare change for the future of all Australians.
  • Strategically assess the Region for nurse-led business opportunities and develop implementation plans in collaboration with state-level team.
  • Influence state-level planning and reviews, ensuring healthcare services align with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyse data to drive continuous improvement, ensuring our healthcare services achieve optimal outcomes.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within healthcare, with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Nursing, specialising in triage.
  • Additional Qualification: Highly desirable certificate in Nursing Management or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
