Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at 1300SMILES Townsville City. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical chairside assistance to our dentists, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process.
- Ensure excellent patient care and management, including discussing treatment plans and addressing patient concerns.
- Maintain high standards of sterilization and infection control processes.
- Manage stock and supplies, ensuring our practice is well-equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or currently pursuing it) is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
