About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental experience.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing support and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a similar clinical setting.
  • Skilled at tackling challenges both independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Maintaining an orderly environment and a knack for systematic approaches.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner.
