Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and healthy for members, guests, and staff.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, responding to member concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Sort, launder, fold linens and towels; sweep, scrub, and sanitize all areas of the facility; vacuum carpeting; wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains; empty wastebaskets and dust furniture; transport trash and waste to disposal; replenish bathroom supplies; replace light bulbs.
