Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Central Northern Territory region.
Company OverviewOur client is a leading natural energy provider that operates in the region, and we are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate travel arrangements, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure administrative functions are performed to high standards.
About the RoleThis long-term contract offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, with FIFO arrangements and a 4-day workweek. You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new office with a friendly team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate travel, training, and induction programs for the team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and keep precise records and correspondence.
- Generate reports for compliance and provide insights to management.
- Manage rosters and liaise with labour hire companies to meet business needs.
- Assist with payment portals and purchase orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Proven project administration experience in mining or resources/construction, with a strong understanding of operational processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with INX Workflow, SAP, and Coupa systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Current C class driving licence, with a willingness to travel as required.
