We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bridal Store Experience Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable bridal experiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing unparalleled wedding dress shopping experiences for brides from around the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily management of the sales floor, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and memorable experience
  • Co-lead the operational management of the store, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the team, promoting ongoing recruitment, training, and coaching to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the pre-appointment qualification process, monitoring and measuring its effectiveness against conversion rates
  • Respond promptly to all customer reviews and provide feedback to the Store Manager and staff as needed to address any issues
  • First-level management of customer complaints, reporting them to the Store Manager with recommendations for continuous improvement
