Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to drive high-impact delivery initiatives. Our team champions collaborative practices and empowers teams to excel in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and proactively remove impediments to enable efficient delivery
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile best practices and frameworks to foster collaboration and improvement
  • Monitor sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with delivery timelines to guarantee successful outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visibility across the project lifecycle

Required Skills:

  • Strong Agile / Scrum expertise with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex, dynamic environments
