Electrical Project Manager

The role of an experienced Electrical Project Manager entails overseeing and managing all electrical work on construction projects, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians in completing installations and maintenance on construction sites.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
  • Provide training to junior team members.
  • Maintain records and documentation for all project activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • A qualified electrician with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or project management role, specializing in high-rise apartments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in construction environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
