This is a full-time permanent position responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality compliant care in community aged care teams.

- Lead and manage all care and support services across community aged home care teams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, policies and procedures, code of conduct and philosophy of care.
- Coordinate home care operations in accordance with legal and ethical requirements, and complete relevant documentation including claim forms, surveys, questionnaires, quality reporting and audits.
- Liaise with regulatory organisations, medical officers, ACAT and other service providers regarding HCP & CHSP.
- Develop strategic plans to maximise safety and efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team and contribute to the growth of aged care services.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development, and plan strategically.
- Manage submissions to regulatory authorities and develop policies, procedures and compliance programs.
- Recommend changes to service specifications in line with statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance on risk management and reporting as required.
- Stay informed about industry developments to ensure our organisation remains at the forefront of regulatory management.
- Work closely with finance to achieve budgetary goals.
- Meet performance targets and deliver results-driven outcomes across community aged care.
- You have a tertiary qualification in nursing, with current registration under AHPRA.
- You hold an unrestricted driver's license.
- You possess a current NDIS check and national police check.
- You are eligible to work in Australia.
- You bring experience from the health, aged care or home services sectors, with skills in client assessment, care planning and documentation.
- You have proven experience leading large teams across multiple locations.
- You understand HCP and CHSP funding models, and thrive in dynamic, multi-skilled environments.
- You possess strong mediation and problem-solving abilities.
