About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Analyst to join our General Insurance Product Underwriting team at Zurich Insurance Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Analyse the impact of regulatory requirements on our product suite and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and enhance data gathering to support compliance with key regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and run regular meetings to monitor outcomes and provide recommendations.
  • Assist and support product initiatives with a product governance lens.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in general insurance regulatory landscape and/or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of general insurance products and distribution channels.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) in a general insurance context.
  • Ability to drive outcomes that ensure the ongoing integrity of our product suite.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to navigate complex tasks.
  • Experience in analysing data sets to identify trends relevant to consumer outcomes and product performance.
