Data Governance Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our data governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of key governance assets, including business glossaries, data catalogues, and data dictionaries.
- Coordinate and lead data quality initiatives to identify and resolve data quality issues across operational teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure governance is embedded in data products, pipelines, and platforms.
- Promote awareness and adoption of data governance practices across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with data governance, data management, or data analytics roles.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and practices, including data classification, metadata management, data quality, and sensitive data labelling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
- Solid understanding of data platforms and integration with BI/reporting tools.
