About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pact Group's Granville site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and address site asset electrical breakdowns to rectify problems promptly
  • Maintain electrical spare parts inventory to ensure optimal equipment availability
  • Manage and maintain the MEX maintenance schedule for the Granville site, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Raise and issue MEX Works Orders from requests, effectively coordinating workload among site Trades and Contractors
  • Coordinate and balance workload for site Trades and Contractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
  • Assign scheduled tasks and mechanical breakdown tasks to site Trades and Contractors, utilizing your knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional Continuous Improvement Projects to achieve improved Safety, Productivity, Quality & Reliability
  • Assist the business in its corporate and social responsibility of providing a safe work environment by active participation in safety programs and communicating progress on achievements
  • Maintain quality standards and controls to manufacture and produce packaging solutions that meet customer expectations and requirements
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing processes, preferably with a focus on electrical maintenance
  • Understanding of OEE, Root Cause Analysis, and TPM operations
  • Experience with MEX or equivalent maintenance operating system
