Job Title: Operational Supervisor

Seeking a skilled and experienced supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our waste management team.

  • Lead and manage a team of process operators to ensure efficient and safe execution of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train junior staff members in operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and perform load/unload duties as required.
  • Sample, treat and store packaged waste according to established procedures.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar industry.
  • Current Forklift license with minimum 12 months experience.
  • Driver's License Class C and valid driving record.
