This role involves leading front-of-house operations across the restaurant and events, with opportunities to shape a growing regional hospitality destination.

You'll join a small team committed to delivering warm and memorable service for guests.

Responsibilities
  • Dining room operations and front-of-house service (Thursday–Sunday)
  • Reservations and guest communication through digital platforms
  • Point of Sale and floor operations using modern systems
  • Staff training and coordination for efficient service delivery
  • Collaboration with Head Chef and Venue Manager to achieve shared goals
  • Upholding standards of service quality and cleanliness
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related settings
  • A genuine passion for wine and guest connection
  • Calm and organized leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create relationships with valued customers
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of wine industry principles and practices
  • Availability across Thursday to Sunday, including special events
