Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Coordinator to support our team in delivering exceptional client service and campaign execution.

This role will involve working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless coordination, communication, and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Coordination: Assist with the end-to-end delivery of content campaigns across various channels.
  2. Manage Timelines & Briefs: Coordinate timelines, briefs, feedback, and internal scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Client Communication: Liaise between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.
  4. Admin Support: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and project financial documentation.
  5. Creative Workflow Management: Help brief creatives, track asset delivery, and manage approval processes to meet brand requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination, or production.
  • Proficient with project management tools like Trello, Google Workspace, and ideally WoodWing Studio.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
