We are always on the lookout for talented and motivated IT professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support onsite and remotely, addressing both Level 1 and 2 issues.
  • Elevate complex cases to senior technicians.
  • Proactively maintain client IT environments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve challenging problems.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and telephone manner.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to continuously improve.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Server applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and managing network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
Bonus Skills:
  • Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Expertise in Mac OS X, Linux, VOIP systems, Storage Systems, and MDM solutions.
  • Familiarity with data centre environments and IT certifications (i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Apple).
