Overview
We are looking for someone who has a friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion to exceed guest expectations. This is a casual role, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Managers.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets including: Courtyard Restaurant, Olims Bar & Bistro, Bottle Shop, Room Service, Minibar and Conference & Events.
Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
Greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries and restaurant bookings. Assisting guests with menu offerings and maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge.
Set up and pack down of conference rooms.
